What is All Inclusive Bahamas Vacations?

All Inclusive Bahamas Vacations was established by the Principals of this organization, who have visited other resorts around the world, and whose backgrounds include professional endeavors including hotel, resort, tours management, finance, and government. Based on their collective travels, they concluded that there was a need to offer executive type individuals a first class environment that provides guided tours from around the globe in a setting that is both relaxing and offers a variety of sporting activities. Based on the first-class accommodations, persons of the highest quality and the price for the vacation we provide, you know that your fellow guests will be as well heeled as you are.

How do I get upgraded to V.I.P status?

All of our clients will receive V.I.P treatment, but if you request additional treatment you can notify us during booking and we will take care of the rest.

How do you decide which P.T.G. is designated V.I.P?

In an effort to attract to AIBV the most professional tour guides, we have created a new V.I.P Category for extraordinary staff. For a particular tour guide to be designated as V.I.P  they must have at least one of the following requisites; exposure in the Bahama host certification course, on one or more acclaimed websites, some hospitality significance, or just exceptionally passionate. Naturally, P.T.G who has obtained exposure via one or more of these areas has many opportunities come their way. Consequently, we need to offer an arrangement that keeps us competitive in attracting P.T.G’s of such outstanding caliber.

There will be occasions when we will be fortunate enough to invite these P.T.G’s to the airport and make them available to you. Those employees who are designated as V.I.P will be identified as such in their respective portfolios with the corresponding supplement.

Are you affiliated with any other resorts offering a similar vacation concept?

No, we are completely independent of any other All Inclusive Travel Vacations in the Bahamas offering that you may have heard of, or that you may have come across when searching the internet.  Our Packages are relatively new and small but offer a private environment that is civilized and sophisticated.

How do I know which P.T.G’s will be there during my stay?

What are the Tour Guide  like?

We have a very selective process for inviting P.T.G’s to serve as hosts at our establishment, and most of them live full-time in Nassau. Many of them are actual students in their native islands, but all are Bahama host certified, ranging in age between 18 and 40. Additionally, they are heavily screened for charm, sophistication, attitude and accommodative behavior. Our goals are to ensure that you are in no way disappointed for any reason and that you have a fun and exciting vacation.

The P.T.G’s stay with you for about 8-12 hours, as we believe it best to always have hosts and so that repeat guests can be assured of variety. They come to our establishment because they enjoy what they are doing and because we provide a safe and sophisticated environment. Importantly, they also want to meet people like you and improve on their Skills. They see this as an opportunity to make money in a vacation-like environment that is fun, relaxing and comfortable.

Are the Guides honest?

We screen and require them to bring in a valid police record every six months.

However, if you choose to enjoy any activities or dining that is not in your package, you will have to pay directly to that vendor.

What about tipping?

We encourage you to plan on tipping your  tour guide when you're leaving the country, as it will certainly enhance your Stay.  It is actually a good mechanism to ensure that you get the optimal experience, and the incremental amount you will be spending will be nominal in relation to the overall cost of your holiday.  Based on historical experience, the amount varies widely.  However, it seems that the minimum is $10 per tour guide per day, with an average of $50 to $200 per tour guide per vacation trip.  The tour guides respond exceedingly well to any guest who shows their appreciation for their assistance. You may want to offer a gift or take them shopping, but it is totally at your discretion, and such generosity should not be a substitute for a cash gratuity. Ultimately, the decision to tip or not, and the amount of which, is up to each individual guest based on their overall experience and personal financial considerations.  We provide this information so that you can plan accordingly.

What is the guest ratio to P.T.G’s?

Our facilities can accommodate up to two hundred fifty guests at any time per day, and we have between five hundred and one thousand tour guides available at all times, depending on the number of advanced bookings. Therefore, the actual ratio will depend primarily on the number of guests staying with us. In addition to the tour guides living in New Providence, we have relationships with affiliated tour guides living on the outer island who also meet our discerning standards, and who are readily available upon our request.

When is the best time to visit?

Now! There is no best time because the weather is consistently excellent, with warm air and water temperatures throughout the year. Our history indicates that visits are fairly evenly dispersed between weekends and weekdays. No matter when you decide to come, you will be assured of good weather, friendly people, and an exciting vacation.

Can I choose my P.T.G in advance?

Yes, you can, but we recommend that you choose your tour guide upon your arrival, as it will allow you to meet them in person to evaluate their appearance and personality before you choose. The guests will have an opportunity to meet the tour guides together in a casual setting, typically afternoon cocktail hour, and prior to making their selections. The order for guests to choose their tour guide will be determined by management.

Can I bring my family?

Yes, due to the significant interest we have reconsidered this topic and now have a package to accommodate families. We have also undertaken efforts to ensure at least 1/2 of the tour guides are experienced, working with families four or more and who can fulfill their expectations.

What travel documents are required?

It is best to bring your passport for entry into the Bahamas. A separate VISA is not required for the US or Canadian citizens. Entry requirements can change, so we recommend you confer with your travel agent or airline.

What happens if a guest misbehaves?

Our aim is to provide a safe, relaxed and comfortable environment for our guests and onsite employees. We fully expect our guests to behave and to act respectfully. Our establishment is located in a protected community with security, and we also have on-site security. Disorderly or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and any guest acting in such a manner will be asked to leave and forfeit any unused portion of his payment. Any egregious behavior could result in involvement by local authorities.

How can I be sure of confidentiality?

We understand that discretion and confidentiality are important to all of our guests. As such we will not share with any third parties information concerning our guests.

Also, the suites photos are of the actual rooms.  Everything described on the website is what you will experience.  If you still have questions/concerns, go to the contact page and call or email us.

How long have you been in business?

We have been in business since April 26, 2007, and have already accommodated a number of guests, many of whom have returned and some visit regularly.  Those who have monitored the website have seen how business has thrived and manifested by the number of guests visiting here.

Do I need a rental car?

Whether or not you need a rental car depends on how many people are in your group and what extra activities you plan to participate in.  Generally speaking, you do not, as you will be picked up and returned to the airport and chauffeured to all of your activities and tours by one of our representatives.  by taxi is very easy and common.  Furthermore, many of the offsite activities will arrange for your pickup and return to the villa.  Feel free to contact us to explore further whether you will need a rental car.
